Leslie there was absolutely the best , super friendly and caring. Very appreciative of her good work. I'm very happy to be a customer of State Farm. The company really takes care of me when I have questions or concerns. I just want to say thank you so much I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I know people who have the worst experience with them because they didn’t get the outcome they wanted will feel a company is bad. Hopefully I will never feel this way about them. I identify because I have written reviews’ about a couple of companies that I feel have horrible customer service. This isn’t about their business results as gas as actions’ after a claim/ accident. It’s about their top shelf customer service which is a dying art form these days in my humble opinion. Just need to give credit where credit is due!
